Refund policy

30-day returns: You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Message us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without asking first can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Message us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.

Change of mind: Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs aren't refundable.

Can't be returned: items that have been used or worn (yes, including the chicken-foot socks), and gift cards.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
